Bárbara Paes is a researcher at Instituto Minas Programam. She has researched freedom of information, tech-facilitated gender-based violence, health of information ecosystems and use of digital technologies within feminist movements. Bárbara holds a Master of Arts in Gender and Development from the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex.
