Thurlo Cicero
Meet Thurlo Cicero, a digital specialist who works in International Development and serves as the Director of LUNGE, a digital consultancy based in Rwanda. Thurlo's career in ICT4Development has primarily focused on empowering women and supporting gender minorities who have been historically excluded from the digital world. Beyond his professional work, Thurlo is an advocate for marginalised communities and has interrogated positions of power within his community. Currently, Thurlo is completing a master's degree in development at SOAS, University of London, while working and residing in Kigali, Rwanda.
