Thurlo Cicero is a Digital specialist who works in International Development and is the Director of LUNGE, a digital consultancy in Rwanda. His professional career in ICT4Development has led him to projects which focus on empowering women and supporting gender minorities who have purposefully been left out of the online and digital conversion. He is a former member of the 2004 Cape Town Pride organising committee and often interrogates positions of power within his community. Thurlo is currently completing a masters degree at SOAS, University of London, and is based in Kigali, Rwanda.
